I believe that the atomic bomb dropped on Japan was unnecessary for many reasons. There is evidence that Japan was already on the verge of surrender when the bomb was being produced. I believe that the use of the second bomb, "Fat Man" that was dropped on Nagasaki was completely unnecessary for the Japanese were severely wounded from the attack on Hiroshima. Thousands were killed, most were innocent civilians, men, women, and children. These places didn't even get any warning and those that did survive died of either radiation, starvation, or poisoning. I believe that Japan would have surrendered even if the bombs were not dropped.

I believe that the C.C.C or the Civilian Conservation Corps, had the biggest impact in the Great Depression Era. I believe that the C.C.C had the biggest impact because it created a lot of what we use today. They planted trees, they created parks, conserved natural resources, AND they got payed, which they desperately needed since the depression left many people's lives in ruin and bankrupt. It payed men a dollar a day but gave their families much more. It helped a lot of people get back on their feet.
